FIVE SEVEN NINE banquets is located at 579 Walck Road, North Tonawanda, NY. We have approximately 1500 sq ft that can be utilized for parties, bridal/baby showers, holidays, and classroom instruction. Banquet tables and chairs are included in the rental fee. There is a men's and women's lavatory that are handicap accessible. There is a large side room off the back of the main hall for food preparation. There is a large screen TV, and also internet connection. Free WiFi. You must make your own arrangement to bring in food and drink. A refrigerator and microwave is available. You do your own set up of tables and chairs.

How long is the rental?
9 AM - 10 PM. You may come and go as you please.
How many people can you fit?
We recommend 80 people for a comfortable experience, but the hall can accommodate up to 98 people.
How do I reserve?
  1. Check the availability calendar for open dates.
  2. Read the contract to ensure you're comfortable with the terms.

We will send you a deposit request and contracts to finalize your booking.
Can I see the hall before I reserve?
Yes! Just email us to set up a time. Tours are scheduled only on non-rental dates.
When do I have to pay the remainder of my rental price?
Full payment is required 1 month prior to your rental date. If payment is not received on time:
  • Your reservation will be canceled.
  • The $100 deposit is non-refundable.
What if I want to cancel?
  • 14+ Days Notice: Refund of payment minus the $100 non-refundable deposit and Square's 3.5% processing fee.
  • Less than 14 Days Notice: No refund will be given.
How many tables and chairs are available?
  • 8-foot tables (14): Seats 10 (4 per side, 1 per end)
  • 6-foot table (1): Seats 8 (3 per side, 1 per end)
  • 4-foot tables (2): Seats 4-6 (1-2 per side, 1 per end)
  • 60-inch round tables (6): Seats 6-8 each
  • 80 chairs
Will you set up for me?
No, renters are responsible for setting up the space as they wish.
What are the restrictions for decorating?
  • No materials on walls, ceilings, or floors except painter’s tape.
  • Prohibited: Scotch tape, masking tape, packing tape, tacks, nails, hooks, etc.
  • Violations: Charges will be applied to the credit card on file.
What is the outdoor space like?
There is no outdoor space for rentals.
  • Winter Policy:
    • 579 Banquets plows and shovels snow if 3+ inches fall.
    • If less, renters must use the provided shovel and rock salt to ensure safe entry.
Where can we park?
  • 15 parking spaces + 2 handicap spaces available onsite.
  • Additional parking is street parking on the opposite side of the road.
  • Prohibited: Neighboring driveways or parking spaces.
Can my guests smoke, vape, or do drugs?
No. Smoking, vaping, and drug use are not allowed anywhere on the property.
  • This is monitored via cameras and smoke detectors.
What about food and alcohol?
  • You may bring your own food and alcohol.
  • Renters assume all legal responsibility for alcohol consumption.
  • Available Amenities:
    • 2 refrigerators
    • 1 microwave
  • No other cooking appliances provided.
Can we have a DJ?
No. Due to residential neighbors, DJs are not allowed.
How will I get in?
Access instructions will be sent via email a few days before your event.
Will you let me in early to decorate?
Early access may be possible for a $100 fee, subject to availability and cleaning schedules.
Are there cameras?
Yes. The hall is actively monitored with:
  • Cameras
  • Cigarette smoke detectors
  • Noise level monitors
What happens if I damage anything or don’t leave the hall clean?
Your credit card will be charged for damages. Renters must have a card on file to gain access.
What are my cleanup responsibilities?
  • Wipe all tables clean.
  • Sweep the floor.
  • Return all tables and chairs to their original positions.
  • Take down decorations.
  • Take out the garbage.
